class news/ changes. Due to low class numbers, even having reduced the classes to fortnightly, I will no longer be able to sustain
sessions in West Bromwich ...
On a brighter note, last month at Ishta was amazing! "The Power of Eight" continues on to number four this month - are you "keeping up"?! ;-)
I am also delivering a number of Adult & Community Education Courses across the West Midlands including: Yoga For Health & Wellbeing, Yoga For Stress Relief and The Power of Breath & Mind. For those of you that didn't know, I also taught Photography & Digital Imaging for over 20 years and I'm back in the community sharing my art with all those that are keen to create and capture a moment of beauty with their cameras, so I may be seeing you behind the lens as well as on your mat again soon!

This month sees number three as the focus at "The Power of Eight" workshops ...
and what an interesting shift in to positivity we have seen already, since the Solar Eclipse/ New Moon!

More class news/ changes. As you know, Stoke classes were suspended until April 22nd but I've just found out today that as of April 1st, the venue charges are going up so much that I will no longer be able to sustain sessions there ...
So for now check out the workshops and the new class at Coseley Leisure Centre on Monday evenings and I'll keep you posted.
