Fear less - love more

Those of you that have been attending the Power of Eight Workshops will already know we have reached the number five - so it's all out communication and the physical body this month.

Remember communication is a two way connection - transmission and reception. Do you give equal attention to both? Or are you already thinking about your response before the other person has finished their sentence? Perhaps you don't like to pause before replying? Isn't a moment of stillness and silence where the answers are? Build your awareness this month and really be in the moment with your communications.

The times they are 'a changing & so long to West Brom

The times they are a changing ... transitioning to a heart centred world brings hope for all and we must continue to find our inner compassion, love for ourselves and others / shine our radiant light in this transient world.
"The lamps are different but the light is the same". Rumi

Once again more class news/ changes. Due to low class numbers, even having reduced the classes to fortnightly, I will no longer be able to sustain sessions in West Bromwich ...

On a brighter note, last month at Ishta was amazing! "The Power of Eight" continues on to number four this month - are you "keeping up"?! ;-)

I am also delivering a number of Adult & Community Education Courses across the West Midlands including: Yoga For Health & Wellbeing, Yoga For Stress Relief and The Power of Breath & Mind. For those of you that didn't know, I also taught Photography & Digital Imaging for over 20 years and I'm back in the community sharing my art with all those that are keen to create and capture a moment of beauty with their cameras, so I may be seeing you behind the lens as well as on your mat again soon!

Stay bright & light!

This month sees number three as the focus at "The Power of Eight" workshops ... and what an interesting shift in to positivity we have seen already, since the Solar Eclipse/ New Moon!
Fire brings change, cleansing and light - all spring themes/ challenges / virtues - are you staying bright & light???

More class news/ changes. As you know, Stoke classes were suspended until April 22nd but I've just found out today that as of April 1st, the venue charges are going up so much that I will no longer be able to sustain sessions there ...

So for now check out the workshops and the new class at Coseley Leisure Centre on Monday evenings and I'll keep you posted.
