Wow, I can't believe it's been 4 years since I was blessed to be in New Mexico with all the amazing teachers at KRI ... Sat Kaur (pictured with me above), Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, Nirvair Singh Khalsa, Shanti Shanti Kaur, Sat Purkh Kaur, Sangeet Kaur, Dev Saroop ... and more, to whom I remain eternally grateful for restoring my faith in human nature and illuminating me with Kundalini Yoga. (I haven't listed everyone here and haven't forgotten any of you or the amazing students I shared the journey with)... Remember that Yogi Bhajan came to make teachers not students - so congratulations to Adele (Wolverhampton Class) on completing her Level 1 and blessings to Suzanne (West Bromwich Class), who is just beginning the journey.

Last Saturday saw the early delivery of the second "Power of Eight" workshop at the Ishta Centre, Stone and with only one space left for March / April filling up fast, now is the time to book! It was great to catch up with a few of you that attended last years retreat at Wandering William and thank you all for your committed participation in clearing the negative mind...

To all Stoke (Sandon School, Meir) attendees, please remember that following next weeks class, we will be taking a break until after Easter so keep an eye on the blog for alternate dates and workshops.
