The beautiful colours of Autumn are well and truly here, natures very own treasure in abundant silver bars and golden leaf. Sitting gratefully/gracefully in nature is just one way to reflect on the harvest of this year, as this season leads us once more into retrospection and hibernation... time to relax and renew.

If it's all been getting a bit lonely, dark, damp and grim, don't despair - the light is forever shining in your soul and you can always come along and join us for classes/workshops to relieve the stress and strain of the day - reconnect, meditate, relax and renew.
