With extensive practical and academic experience in Photography; creativity, sensitivity and balance are key in her approach to life. She is a certified KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) Yoga Practitioner, having undertaken training at Hacienda Guru Ram Das, NM, USA (the home of Yogi Bhajan during his time in the West) and is committed to providing quality, individual learning experiences for all, be it behind the camera or on the yoga mat. “Following dramatic life changes: over a period of less than 3 years, I was totally stressed out and very low – that’s when Kundalini Yoga found me. I began a daily practice and my energy began to change, rapidly. I knew I had to share this technology with others as it made such a huge difference to my life. So, in 2011, I stopped lecturing full time and undertook the Kundalini Immersion Course, led by teachers who had studied directly with Yogi Bhajan for over 30 years.
