Thanks to all of you that took time out to complete the class/workshop survey... 
So, by popular demand (over 60% of you), we'll be starting a class back in sunny Wolverhampton! 
The majority said you'd prefer a 1hour 15min class, between 5-8pm on a Tuesday or Thursday paying no more than £8, with block booking discounts and email/text reminders ... our response is not one but a choice of two classes (Kriya, meditation and relaxation) and an evening meditation only session too!
You choose: one class, two classes, meditation only or a whole evening of Kriya & Meditation, it's up to you!
Beginning on Thursday September 3rd, you'll be able to enjoy from 30mins to 3hours of Kriya & Meditation that will give you the opportunity to build the circulatory, respiratory and nervous systems, develop stamina and tone the physical body, as well as finding a moment for stillness and relaxation at the end of your day. 
£7 per class, £3 for the meditation or £15 for the whole evening.

Those of you that have been attending the Power of Eight Workshops will already know we have reached the number five - so it's all out communication and the physical body this month. 

Remember communication is a two way connection - transmission and reception. Do you give equal attention to both? Or are you already thinking about your response before the other person has finished their sentence? Perhaps you don't like to pause before replying? Isn't a moment of stillness and silence where the answers are? Build your awareness this month and really be in the moment with your communications.

Once again more class news/ changes. Due to low class numbers, even having reduced the classes to fortnightly, I will no longer be able to sustain sessions in West Bromwich ...

On a brighter note, last month at Ishta was amazing! "The Power of Eight" continues on to number four this month - are you "keeping up"?! ;-)

I am also delivering a number of Adult & Community Education Courses across the West Midlands including: Yoga For Health & Wellbeing, Yoga For Stress Relief and The Power of Breath & Mind. For those of you that didn't know, I also taught Photography & Digital Imaging for over 20 years and I'm back in the community sharing my art with all those that are keen to create and capture a moment of beauty with their cameras, so I may be seeing you behind the lens as well as on your mat again soon!
