Ishta Centre, Stone, Staffs 25 10 14

There are still two places available at the Ishta Centre Workshop on Saturday 25 10 14. It is a lovely, intimate venue with space for only six participants. So, if you've been away from your mat for a while, or are simply looking to deepen your Kundalini Yoga practice, come along and join us this Saturday for Kriya & Meditation.

Workshop begins at 10:15am (concludes with Yogi Tea 12:45pm).
