Serve, Love, Excel

After an amazingly uplifting and subconscious cleansing day, with my good friend and fellow teacher from Yoga Heaven at White Tantric Yoga this weekend; I've reminded myself that as a teacher we are given the affirmation "Poke, Provoke, Confront, Elevate". However, I'm still keen to be a good student (good students make good teachers!), for which the affirmation is: Obey, Serve, Love, Excel".
