Classes, Workshops & Retreat Update

Wow!
Absolutely amazing energy at the Autumn Equinox Workshop, thank you to all the yogini/yogis for giving it your best in the 4Us...

Workshops are a great way to deepen your practice, learn more about the technology of Kundalini Yoga and/or simply experience the Kriya(s) at their full times ... and if you've missed out on the last couple of workshops don't leave it too late to book for November 1st and December 20th; with Winter Solstice including a bring and share (food and chat) it always fills up quickly (I know some of you missed out on the Summer Solstice Celebration, so get in there first this time!).

And of course the Retreat is just 10 days away now ... evening and morning Sadhana, Kriya, Meditation, Breath Walk, Gong Bath and an amazing Living RAW Foods Banquet / demonstration ... Thought you'd missed out???
