The beautiful colours of Autumn are well and truly here, natures very own treasure in abundant silver bars and golden leaf. Sitting gratefully/gracefully in nature is just one way to reflect on the harvest of this year, as this season leads us once more into retrospection and hibernation... time to relax and renew.

A wonderful group attended for not just one but all three sessions in Wolverhampton last week: new faces, returning faces and not seen for a long time faces(!); all creating a great meditation space - if you can't make it for all three, you're welcome to come to individual classes or just for the meditation itself...

Doubt, trust, fear and faith.

Doubt cannot exist without trust, just as anger cannot exist without caring - its a matter of action, not reaction. Take action to care for yourself, those known, unknown and for the planet. Know that fear can only continue to paralyse you when you lose faith in yourself, the other, universal oneness and nature...

August is nearly over and with the "power grabbing, overthrow, lack of sense of fair play and circumstances beyond our control, we will see new land is just ahead" ...

So, the theme this September for the Equistice workshop is of course around Autumn Equinox and the ongoing changes of life cycles, seasons and intelligence/consciousness. At Ishta we have reached the sixth of eight workshops exploring the numbers 1-8, through Kriya and Meditations relating to the ten bodies -  six the intuitive, projective and protective arcline.

Finally, we are back in Wolverhampton on a Thursday - see below for more details for a whole evening of classes and meditation, the choices are yours!

Thanks to all of you that took time out to complete the class/workshop survey... 
So, by popular demand (over 60% of you), we'll be starting a class back in sunny Wolverhampton! 
The majority said you'd prefer a 1hour 15min class, between 5-8pm on a Tuesday or Thursday paying no more than £8, with block booking discounts and email/text reminders ... our response is not one but a choice of two classes (Kriya, meditation and relaxation) and an evening meditation only session too!
You choose: one class, two classes, meditation only or a whole evening of Kriya & Meditation, it's up to you!
Beginning on Thursday September 3rd, you'll be able to enjoy from 30mins to 3hours of Kriya & Meditation that will give you the opportunity to build the circulatory, respiratory and nervous systems, develop stamina and tone the physical body, as well as finding a moment for stillness and relaxation at the end of your day. 
£7 per class, £3 for the meditation or £15 for the whole evening.
